Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. 1681 dated 6/7/1440, which referred to the letter of Public Security No. (3/17082/3) dated (28/06/1440) that is attached in the cable of His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior No. (125877) dated (08/06/1440) that is including the decree of His Highness No. (4044) dated (25/05/1440) that stated in adding 2 items in article No. (II) of the executive regulations of the special civil security guard system, which are as follows:
-Those who are obliged to contract with private security companies or wishing to do so should install security surveillance cameras in all their facilities according to the specifications approved by the Ministry of Interior.
-Private civil security companies and institutions should not sign or renew the security contract with any establishment until after the facility has been verified (by its owners) with security cameras approved by the Ministry of the Interior.
-His Highness's decision in (II) includes:
To do so binding by contracting with private civil security institutions and companies and interested parties in these services shall implement the above mentioned within one hundred and eighty days from the date of notifying them.
It is necessary to inform the establishments bound by the special civil security guard, as defined in article (II) of the special civil security guard regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. (170 / H / D) dated 05/05/1427 or other establishments that wish this service, as well as private security companies and civil security enforcement institutions.
